and where on earth in singapore can you find a location tahts near 3 MRT station ?
our transport minister eat full no shit build 3 mrt station close to one another ?
in short , it is NOT near any of the 3 ..
well at least she did not exagerate that the place is near to the petrol station. I would say she undersold that aspect. It is right next to it. that is one explosive listing...
Maybe we should start a thread just dedicated to all the "interesting listings". Everyday I come across something questionable or funny.

indeed it is a dangerous location .. especially if owner smokes ... a casual flick of the cigarette butt would send the whole area into a 'firework' display
maybe one day the Govt may reolcate these stations and it will boom in price. BTW many of such houses also get bought and sold, so some people may not mind actually, the world is made up of different people with different needs and wants, one man's meat, another man's poison.

At least the agent is honest with the photo posting. You gotta admit, the view is funny though.
the other problem is noise because these petrol stations operate 24x7x365. I remembered a program on channel 8 ("qian xian zui ji"). Residents' bedroom windows face a petrol station that has car wash services. Residents complain about the noise like mad.... the high-pressure water jet, the constant stream of cars driving in and out.... :banghead:

You will be surprised. Emerald garden is located within walking distance to 6 MRT stations namely Outram Park, Chinatown, Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place, Clark Quay and cross street (to be completed). All less than 1 km away.

Freehold , landed , more spacious and psf can see can feel ..much much cheaper than some stupid 1,000 psf LH empty space stacked in the sky that caused Millions $$ also. im not poking fun of it because i don't have the money to buy it. It's whether im interested anot. the fact is, the cons of staying next to a petrol station weighs down more than the pros. there are lots of landed properties in singapore, you don't have to squeeze urself or make do with the condition to get ur landed.
