Finally received the letter from the developer. Opting for sunken bathtub, alternative kitchen and white flooring.........
Went to the showroom before deriving the decision. It was quite quiet but heard it's 80% sold for WFK..........

Anyhow, WF is a good project with the coming MRT & beautiful reservoir, eyeing one there. Yes to be honest, hopping starbuy just to get one that is within my budget for investment. After calculation based on current price there is no way to get a good rental yield, maybe even negative.
Whatever the case if the price continue to shoot up, congrats to all buyers and i have to just give WF a miss.:spliff2:

at least smthing to compensate...nearer to mrt...becoz gold got the best reservoir frontage...almost right in the middle.

Haiz...no luck with waterfront key even though i was there in the Q on the first evening of preview. That time only low floor (no balcony) stack 17 and 18 were within my limited budget...all snapped up before me. :(

FEO would have factored the DTL3 line in just as it did with the fictitious marine parade mrt while selling Silversea. No way they would miss out on the opportunity to raise selling prices.

Painting uncompleted units with windows fully installation could be to test weather the rain seeped through the walls ( i remember last 2 year there was a report that some flats in sengkang got rain seeped thru their living room walls , free of charge repair )

Agree... a more accurate measure is the population density rather than the number of condos. Bedok reservoir is a pretty large area.

I think Pinevale will benefit most since it is just next to the campus.
For CBP, mostly occupied by banks back office operations. Staffs mostly local. IMO, dont think condos near that area can benefit from this group of people.

with 1.5k students, there will be spillover. bus 69 goes down bedok reservoir road directly to uwc in less than 10mins, so waterfront key is a good buy with added mrt play. :D

Ask another layman question, do you know when the develop will contact each owner consulting for interior decoration opions like color of closet, floor, etc. What are the flexibilities for owners to decide the partition of each room?

No west sun, it is just quantum too big, the 4br is around 1,500sqft, quantum above 1.5 million so hard to find buyers. They have learnt. In WFI, the lake facing units are mostly 3br and small 4brs 13XXsqft instead.
Bedok town really too backward, compared to Tampines, AMK, Jurong West etc.

From the Bedok North's view, looking at the WF series (facing the PIE), it seems the white paint on Waves are "darker" than those of Key.. in contrast making Waves look worn out.
Waves colour theme is beige with dark grey. I believe Key is having first coat of foundation paint.

The police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) are searching for the body of a man in Bedok Reservoir.
SCDF received a call from a member of the public at 1pm on Saturday and arrived at the scene five minutes later.
Four divers from the SCDF are still conducting the search near an aerial obstacle course, Forest Adventures, at the reservoir.
Ms Joyce Poon, 34, was jogging in the reservoir when the police started to cordon off the place. 'I was asked to leave as police cars and ambulances surrounded the area,' said the corporate communications manager.
There have been six bodies that have been found in the reservoir in the past year.

Nice update! When did constructions start for this proj? It seem pretty fast, I see works on Gold and Isle starting when I pass by on Wed. :)
