Milford Villas, Brings Luxurious Living to a Rejuvenated Braddell Park Estate


Fortune Development is officially launching its latest freehold cluster terrace project, Milford Villas, this weekend – 27 to 28 of January 2007. Milford Villas is located along Lorong Selangat in the vicinity of Braddell Park. The facilities available at Milford Villas include a 17m lap pool, wading pool and a children playground.

Milford Villas is centrally located. The development is within a short drive to Serangoon, Bishan and Toa Payoh town centres. The development is also within a 10 minute walk to Serangoon MRT Station and yet to be opened Woodleigh MRT station. Sounds good. Best of all, cheap for freehold. It may not be prime district 9, 10, 11 but Braddell is also quite a respectable estate located near top schools in Bishan and its central location, geographically speaking, is not too far from the CBD as well as to the rest of Singapore. Area will benefit from circle line as well.
