We are looking for condo in D1-D16/D19-21 for our own stay for some years but in future for leasing/selling(own stay cum investment).
We appreciate your recommendations/best offers for our family consisting of 3 adults + 1 baby.
*Walking distance to MRT (within 600m). If it is not near MRT, it should have good access of transporations such as buses/cab/shuttle bus as well as good reasons to consider such as FH, New and price below value/fire sale.
*budget: < 750k (max)
*unit size: more than 1,000 sqft
*no. of rooms: more than 2+study
*Bldg yrs: less than 5-6 yrs (for 99 yr leasehold, tenure is less than 6-7 yrs, BN/just renovated is perfect)
*condo with children playground/swimmable sized pool/gym
*preferably with balcony/yard
*kitchen with window/brightness (not too small kitchen)
*2 bathrooms w/shower booth (2 toilets), preferably 1 bathtub
*condo with more than 100 units (less management fee is advantage)
*move-in can be made from Aug 2009 - 2010/2011, up to us.
