Hi,
Just thinking out loud.
Is it necessary to engage a property agent if I intend to purchase an unit for investment purpose?
Any kind advice?
Thanks.

No agent fee if you buy a private property. Look like you are new in property investment. So for you, better go for a good property agent/adviser and pay for his consultant/negotiation service so that they can help you a get a good unit. (Though no commission needed in buying). Good luck.

you can have as many as you want... my advis... 2-3 agents... and specialise in east, west, central, north... split by that...
I realised some agents do not have many listing on hand...
look at those property website, so many agents out there fighting for customer... really tough job to survive.... :banghead:
