You tell me i shouldn't judge from only 2 transactions showing price falls, yet you take 1 sales transaction by far east at 2500psf to conclude that prices are not falling. So amusing. :tsk-tsk:
Fact is that agent Andy Sek transacted a unit at 1997psf last month, way below far east's price, as he had promised.

Luckily, you never mention "Vida set a new high at $2,541 psf". Otherwise, you will have to ...
Is winning an argument important in the virtual world?
Or is winning in the real world more important?

aiya, I didn't say prices are going up but with a few transactions it is difficult to comment if prices are north or south bound as you may have suggested in another post. So don't need to be condescending;-)
However I would be rather cautious of developments where the prices range varies too much. At a maximum of $20psf/per floor for a 16 floor development $320psf should be the maximum.
Is winning an argument important in the virtual world?
Or is winning in the real world more important?
The latter is of course more important but sometimes in the virtual world the proposition justifies the action. As a consequence the "winning proposition" may impact real world pricing......
