I like the area and am eyeing various projects. Used to rent an apartment at Balestier and it's very convenient that's why i'm looking at this area again. Just considering which one to buy. Just check out I Residences today at Shan Road. Only 10% sold and a 2bedroom (980sq) starts from $1024psf - $1100++ (est.) depending on which floor. Project by Novelty Group. Also seen Nova 48, 88 by Roxy at the 970psf range which is along Prome Road and Bhamo Road.

hi there, reason being 40% not sold cos the price went up 80% from last year. I checked the ura transacted 472k 2br 807sqf last yr and I called up the developer early this year and they said they will relaunch this year and told me price about 500k for a 2br 807sqf but can;t sell even im ready tp buy that time not booming like mad yet.:simmering:

guess what happened when they re-launched mid this yr????????? cheapest is 700k:banghead: ,,,,,would you buy? hold on for awhile more prices going down already:2cents:

seen the showflat, but the finishing no where near the rest....like novelty.check out their toilet and kitchen's sink and cabinet. my 2 cents

Drove past the condo twice, it seems to be located in the middle of a small industrial estate and warehouses. Not very nice leh. Plus there were a couple of people sitting at the groundfloor near the lobby, with a very old makeshift chair and desk...

Building design is also very  if you are particular about how your property should look. Finally, the name! I'd rather it be called plain and simple "Lotus", instead of trying to pass off as French chic, i.e D'Lotus. Too many condos nowadays name themselves D'XXX, D'XX.

Anyway with property prices going downhill (or rather, off the cliff in some cases), you may be better off looking at other areas.

Hello

my hb and I went to look at the 2 last 3BR (1065sq ft) last month.
The unit is considered small, and the price is going at $820k!
View not so good.
Finishings such taps, etc are not quite good at all..
Wonder why there is an undesirable "concave" on one of the walls of all bedrooms, making it difficult to place a bed nicely against the wall..
Agent said, for $700+ psf to get a FH at D12, this project is considered good buy.. Lucky i kept my head:rolleyes::rolleyes:
