My lawyer just called me. TOP liao n can collect key already.
He also advised me on the LD amount which developer will issue a cheque to me.

Same, need to make payment of the last 2 stages, 6months maintenance fee and valuation (bank supposedly take 7 days) then can make appointment for key collection (3 days in advance and appointment are first come first serve).

Then my ID an start..

Actually it's not 1+1, it's consider 2 bedders.
It's reflected in your S&P. the smaller room is actually good for a bed and a wardrobe.

Which stack are u in?

Stack 2, it will be a 2 bedder once I get the wall built between the living room and the bedroom. The designer putting a sliding wall there should be sent back to school.

I bought last July and paid market rate. (Hindsight makes me feel I paid too much). My first property so call it education..

This ang moh enjoys a good kopi so will PM you.
