Joining the En Bloc Team
Experienced in past en bloc projects.
Have earned more than $xxxxxx in net commission over the past 3 years. If you have not earned this commission before, then you will not qualify as we are looking for agents with experience in the resale and new launch projects. (commission from all agencies qualify if you are new in PropNex).
Please submit your CV detailing the point 1 and proof of point 2 and you will undergo further test and interview to join our EN BLOC TEAM.
The Test shall include the ability to calculate a 99 years leasehold project on the Top Up Premium and Development Charges.
For those without experience, you may apply if you know how to calculate point 4.
EN BLOC TEAM member works on only 1 en bloc project that is assigned to you and you can at the same time still do your resale and new launch projects. It is not a full time job.
We are looking for even tempered pleasant personality, have a good knowledge of resale and new launch projects so that you can assist in Home Replacements when the en bloc is done successfully.
