Received several bids , but below reserve price. High chance one buyer will appear in these 2 months. At less than $1400 psf ppr if include the 7% balcony, should be no problem sell @ $2500 psf in the future. The problem for this project is the height of the new project is restricted and there is a public road in between peace centre and peace mansion which can't be utilized in the new develpment.
