Mori, located at 217-223A Guillemard Road and 1-21A Jalan Molek in District 14, is a brand new condominium building. RL East Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited, purchased this development. One of Singapore's greatest private home purchases, the development was sold for $93 million.

With a plot ratio of 2.8, the project has a total site area of roughly 3,450 square meters, or 37,131 square feet, and a maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 103,967 square feet.

Mori will be a 137-unit residential complex with a five-to-eight-story structure. A basement, a first-floor car park, a second-floor swimming pool, and a sixth-floor communal landscape roof will be included in the proposed development. A workout center, wellness facilities, BBQ pits, and sun patios are all included in the Mori condominium amenities.

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Executive chairman of Singapore-listed property group Roxy-Pacific Holdings, Teo Hong Lim, grew up in the Geylang area in the 70s. His father, Teo Kok Leong, who founded the company, had been a property developer since 1958. At one point, the elder Teo operated his business from the first level of a three-storey building at Lorong 12 Geylang, while his family resided upstairs.

“Even though I grew up in the Geylang/Guillemard area, I never developed anything in the area until Arena Residences,” says Teo.
