1) Do you meet HDB requirements to own an HDB also meet HDB requirements to own an HDB unit.
2) Is there a will / no will
Apply for Grant of Letter or Probate (GLP) if got Will
3) Apply for Grant of Letter of Administration (GLA) if no Will
4) Is there HPS bought (home protection scheme insurance) is for HDB only
