Is the max of 8 persons/2 households a day considered a cooling measure? Resale properties can only have a max of 2 viewings a day and likewise buyers can only view 2 properties a day. All chiong to buy new launch instead. lol.

Market especially new launches look quite hot
Resales in good locations moving well
Some new CM may cool the rush a bit

Govt should consider targeted response ie more stringent mortgage requirement and mandate larger units being sold by Developers instead of just raising ABSD.

ABSD is good for a property investor who holding their property bad for those who sold their property waiting for the crashes that never come.

For example, If investor A got 3 property if A sold 1 property his next purchase is 15% ABSD, the market needs to drop (15%+4%-$15,400) ABSD+BSD about 20%.

Any Investor with the right mind will not be selling.
