Property research tool - Free for use - Looking for feedback

Hi,

In my own search for properties, I built a property research tool for me to see the data and identify hot properties.

I wanted to identify high volume (liquid) properties in my price range, and also see price trends to see if the property is appreciating, and rental yields are consistent etc.

Please feel free to use - and do give me feedback of what is good, what can be better, feature requests if you want something - and I will try to bring it in.

Some questions I would love to understand on:-


1 - Were you able to navigate and see the price trends/charts for the properties ?
2 - What other information would you like to see ?
3 - Any other suggestions ?

(btw - i also have a timelapse view coming up, that should show how the transactions have shifted over time).
