I was unfortunate enough to meet this Aaron guy during one of my recent property viewings.
Needless to say, he took all opportunities to boast about his enviable history of property purchases/ sales, and even shared - without prompting - about his newly bought $7 million property house. Yes it is in Telok Kurau, and he told me the exact address which I couldn't careless to remember. Not a very nice guy at all. A bit obnoxious shall I say.
