whats the status in jurong now? price drop? I am keen to look into west area if got fire sales
CBD moving out is confirmed.
Fire sales everyday problem are you fast enough to buy when you don't even know where to find.

HSR gonna hold back a while again. Don't whether can live to see the project complete or not!!!

sure will have in this bad covid sitiation, when some companies closed down, definitely need to sell some properties if over commit or to cash out, whether we can get the information fast on the fire sales or not!
I read that this is the last time Spore will allow Malaysia to delay the plan again
Sigh!! Wait you see Malaysia will come up with other excuses to it!
