I want to buy for potential upside on capital appreciation and stay there as some one told me is cheap there

think this condo very old already, think for capital appreciation very tough unless enbloc lol

Own stay can. Don't dream for enbloc or much appreciation!! But hard to say if there's certain development there to spike up the surrounding properties!!!!
