the previous price is from $1.088m so a $980k relaunch price is a 10% discount from the previous price. Its ok, only 27 (4%) out of the 667 units are unhappy.

I got a walk-in to the show flat, he said "I want to see the Penthouse, biggest unit" my reply very cheap only 2.6 million.

You can see from his face change and he quickly walks through the show unit and say bye bye to me.

I got a friend told me he is saving 1 million cash to buy Landed property, I told him my 2 bedrooms already more than 1 million.

Many Agents got the buyer to tell them they waiting for the property to crash, they want to buy maybe Southbank for $535,000 for a 2 bedroom when the land cost now is $945.6 psf ppr in D19.

Many only know Land + construction + developer cost + profit but miss the most important element.
