treasure @ tampines will be from 12xxpsf for the standard units, other than this project, the bottom side of the market is indeed in short supply as ECs will average minimum high 10xxpsf on average.
once the 11xx (if any) and 12xx condo units are swiped, most of the better units in these OCR projects will still be from 13xx.

as usual, i'm just being conservative. at high 10xx, developers still dun make much. what is certain is there will surely be some EC units being sold at 11xxpsf. that's driving the purchasing of the 11xx and 12xxpsf condo units recently.
The Best Buy in recent history has to be those projects launched in 2015 and 2016. The developers got their land cheap due to the knee jerk effects of the first few cooling measures.
Projects like high park residences, the alps residences, park riviera, the wisteria.
