East Coast buyers will be spoiled for choice this year. There's going to be whole lot of new launches coming up in the next few months, all of them freehold, and all within walking distance of a station on the upcoming Thomson-East Coast MRT line. Just a matter of whether you prefer to just hop across the road to a station, or whether you mind walking up to 6 minutes to the nearest one. These include Nyon @ 12 Amber, One Meyer, Meyer Mansion (https://esingaporeproperty.sg/property/meyer-mansion-condo/), Meyerhouse, Amber Park, and not forgetting the remaining units at Amber Skye and Amber45. Most of the new launches have units with sea-views. Some admittedly just pocket sea-views, but others with almost full unobstructed sea views. Estimated indicative pricing ranges from around $2,200 PSF to a high of around $2,700 PSF so far, with Nyon at the lower end of the scale, and Amber Park and Meyerhouse at the higher end.

There has not been a decent new launch along Meyer Road for a long time. It will be interesting to see what is the demand and take up here though I find the psf to be somewhat ridiculous by the time Casa Meyfort replacement is due for purchase. The only way is up I guess.
