bidders clearly favoured dairy farm over jurong kechil possibly due to closer proximity to mrt. dairy farm plot also had a more "efficient" price where others also bidded close to the 830psf winning bid. vs the peak 10xxpsf paid by citydev nearby just awhile back, this seems to be the new base price.
