Jui Residences is an upcoming freehold condominium in the District 12 Boon Keng area, and is situated along Kallang River. It is being developed by Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB), who won the tender for this site at Serangoon Road, from the National Aerated Water Company (NAW). The old NAW building on the site has been declared a conservation building, and will be incorporated into the Jui Residences (https://esingaporeproperty.sg/property/jui-residences-condo/) project.
This allows the heritage NAW building to be brought to life through adaptive re-use. The NAW was where soft drinks like RC Cola, Sinalco & Kickapoo Joy Juice were bottled in the early days of Singapore's independence, and is part of Singapore's industrial heritage, one of the last reminders of the Kallang River's industrial past. It will house 3 commercial units that will be open to the public, while the new Jui Residences tower will comprise 117 residential apartments sitting on a car park podium.
Jui Residences is therefore envisioned as a unique and vibrant development located next to the park connector that runs beside Kallang River. This park connector joins Bishan-Ang Mo Kio park to Gardens By The Bay, turning the riverside into a vibrant communal space.
Residents at Jui Residences will enjoy a waterfront lifestyle where healthy lifestyles and outdoor activities are integral. Architecturally, it will be a home for those who appreciate modern minimalism, crafted and curated by avant-garde designers, and brought to life by award-winning CarverHaggard of London. The Jui Residences showflat (https://esingaporeproperty.sg/property/jui-residences-condo/) will very likely open for viewing appointments from 15 September 2018 onwards. Kindly drop us a line if you would like to know more or to book showflat viewing appointment.
