but there is income cap for EC and Citydev already pushing it at 583psf for land cost. logically, the anchorvale plot which has just been triggered should be sold at below 583psf.

there are also more ec plots to be released later this year albeit at less "happening" locations. developers should be cautious rather than place $600psf bids for ec land.

the 7 units sold at Twin Vew in July fetched a median price of 1520psf.
