The Parkwood Collection is a new cluster housing development in the neighbourhood of Hougang. It will be within walking distance to Hougang MRT station and shopping centre. The Parkwood Collection showflat (https://esingaporeproperty.sg/property/parkwood-collection-houses/) is targeting to open for viewing appointments next month, September 2018.
It will comprise approximately 53 new strata landed houses, in the landed Realty Park Estate (that has been around for over 5 decades!). This area has the advantage of being within a landed estate, but walking distance of MRT and supermarket and mall. Not many landed houses have this combination.

This JV topped the bidding for the site in a fiercely fought battle among 11 bidders for this URA land sale tender. According to analysts, this was due to the scarcity of land parcels for landed housing development of this size.
