Are you referring to Residential or Commercial? I have a commercial unit there and although FH it’s my best yield property. Over 10%.
There is height restriction in this dist so that may affect future en bloc potential. Unless they lift it. As for residential, it’s convenient but some locals don’t like the ‘ atmosphere ‘ here as there are foreign workers in some of the surrounding areas. City Sq for instance. Like Geylang, this may be affecting the prices.
