View Full Version : Aspen Height Enbloc
Can you experts out there please let me know why enbloc is not likely for Aspen Heights? It is about 20 years old and when I visit the site, there seems to be still "open roads" means there is opportunity to be used for greenery and facilities.
Thanks.
I have been told the likelihood of Aspen Heights going embloc is low relative to other condos in that area. I would like to know the specific reason. Is it because of height restriction or plot ratio or??

Aspen Height is wait for the tender result of Pacific Mansion. Most likely Pacific Mansion will taste the success this round. After that, many old condos around that area will try their luck.

if i were a developer i wont buy or enbloc Aspen Heights.
Its on a high ground...
At the Kim yam side ... there are new condos sprang up like waterford, wharf etc ...
if i rebuild Aspen ... and for some unforeseen accident... the land collapse onto those condo ... its going to be a disastrous payout ... better dont touch
Such accidents will be covered by insurance.
My take would be that it will only succeed if it makes economic sense.

Aspen height most likely has been built to the max. Unless the asking price is right, if not, low chance to en bloc this round. Can look at Yong an or Grange height. But owners are not stupid, get ready to pay premium if you want to buy.

Yes but no enbloc proposal from it so far... so I would like some experts to tell me why there is no stronger push for enbloc.
Can somewhere share with me why Holland Tower can build to original intensity when it has been rezoned to GCB! https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.businesstimes.com.sg/real-estate/holland-tower-offered-for-en-bloc-sale-with-s65m-reserve-price%3famp#ampshare=https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/real-estate/holland-tower-offered-for-en-bloc-sale-with-s65m-reserve-price
Same question I had for villa d'este.
