1 month is long to a young man, but to an old man is short.

My RES classmate got problem renting her HDB, got a few RES friends to help her no result. She call me within one week she rent out her unit.

depends on how you use it when I help my classmate I almost fall off the chair when she gives the tenant her land line and the tenant have to call me to contact her.

After 1997 financial crisis, some properties vacant for >2 years and willing to rent out at rock-bottom rental rates below monthly mortgage instalment amount (e.g. 3rm HillView condos at S$1200 pm) also find no takers, so normal or not depends on the period you are talking about...........

which 3 room Hillview condo had no takers at 1200pm? during crisis only?

thought the old hillview condos, 3 roomers are transacting at least 2500-3000pm currently
