Did you visit Forest Garden, if not you should to appreciate what the Chinese can do.
The Chinese are the first to use paper money, when FED print money, the Chinese show them the correct way to do it.

Malaysia and China's aggressive printing has begun. Luckily Singapore prints the whole package.

Maybe not a ghost town. Maybe a real manufacturing hub. They built it big so it will be affordable. Maybe Singaporeans no need to go to China anymore. Just cross the causeway you can visit China colony. SG will play the role of financial hub for JB.
How do you know a country is printing money?
Is it because their currency depreciating?
So Singapore now printing S$$$ because S$ depreciating??? :frog:

What can the Chinese do when the Malaysians start charging higher and higher causeway toll fees to milk Singaporeans and discourage Singaporeans and PRs (who are Malaysians) from moving to live there when they are working in Singapore?
It is good for Singapore that causeway toll fees is expensive and still keep rising (courtesy to the actions and provocations by Malaysia) and their inefficiency that causes huge jams almost every day isn't it? :hornybastard:

Too early to judge. For my friend who is a johorean, he tells me, got investments better than none.
Thou inflation/cost of living is rising in JB, so are their wages. So all in all he's happy.
I dunno why we(SG) people so concerned about them?
lol
Oh by the way he mentioned the houses he had since 2000 had tripled in value…
So he's certainly not complaining. But because of the huge increase in prices(property),
Singaporean buying to invest(short term) not advisable lah. Buy for long term(15yrs) / retirement should be ok.

The Chinese fly to Malaysia, Singapore Chinese drive to Malaysia. Serious do pay a visit and not hearsay, The Chinese is good especially they call it one dragon business model.
The Chinese fly to Malaysia may be once a year (too far and increasing oil prices),
The Singaporeans drive to Malaysia may be once a month (because of increasing toll fees),
so how will that help JB's property price?
People just to remember: Buy JB properties with your eyes WIDE OPEN!
