How much should the ABSD be for Sentosa Cove?

With Sentosa Cove selling as low as S$13xx, the policy makers will be under pressure to adjust the ABSD for Sentosa Cove "special zone". How much should the ABSD be for foreigners buying in Sentosa Cove？ It is currently at 15%.
