This looks good, perfect for a small family. And there is always the option to rebuild in the future. Not for investment but own stay. And Figaro Street is a lot classier than other neighbourhoods in the same price range.

Very very serious seller means very very negotiable still. At $4,418 a month installment (20% downpayment, 30 year tenure), why the hell not! If only I had the money to buy! What do you guys think?

Terraced House For Sale - figaro street (D15)

S$ 1,600,000 (Negotiable)

S$ 1,103.45 psf (land)

S$ 1,333.33 psf (built-up)

1,450 sqft / 135 sqm (land), 1,200 sqft / 111 sqm (built-up)

Figaro Street,

I thought so too and went down to take a look. Trouble is, there is no proper entrance to the house... it sits in some kind of weird position, below on of those green barriers. Not sure how to describe it - you have to see it for yourself!

How to park a car? Beside this unit there is a on-going construction having mickey mouse units. I think it will be noisy.

Must at least be able to park 1 car, if not its quite pointless as a landed house.
But looking at the pics, its quite nicely done up.
Will save a lot of headache on renovation.

1. It's Freehold (Stated in Property Guru).

2. The construction is a Corner 3 Storey Terrace, not Mickey Mouse Condo (use streetview in google map to figure out), unfortunately it's not Mt Senile (Mt Sinai).

3. There is 1 more unit between between the construction and the unit (use streetview in google map to figure out).

4. "The units on the other side" of "the unit" look more like attap house than terrace (use streetview in google map to figure out).

5. No parking in house as all observed.

Its a slump neighbourhood. Nothing cheap is good.

That statement is in general too true.

In this particular case, there is an issue with the land title as 5 units of the ITs are sitting on a land parcel that has not been sub-divided. Reconstruction of any kind will likely not be allowed.

The CT that is under construction lies on 2 separate land parcels that have been amalgamated. However, the land shape is odd and triangular.
