Volunteering opportunity for the betterment of Singapore community

Singapore is the world's most expensive city for the second year running, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).

Here's how Singapore compares to New York:
- 11 per cent more expensive for basic groceries.
- Over 50 per cent more expensive for clothes. Together with Seoul, the most expensive place in the world to shop for clothes.
- Three times more expensive for transport - after factoring in the effect of Certificate of Entitlement system on car prices.

What is the nature of the work? Or at least who is the intended recipient of the work?

Thanks for reply. Some of the people hardly make ends meet or have very low saving for retirement. Job nature is very simple, it's about information passing and sharing with anybody you know. Any high school students, working adults even elders are those people we need.
