Does anyone knows how to check which developments are subjected to the Qualifying Certificate (QC) and which developments are not? Is it stated in the SNP document?

Qualifying Certificate (QC)
•Such developers are given 5 (five) years to complete construction and obtain TOP.
•Finish selling all units developed within 2 (two) years of the TOP date.
•Developer is not allowed to lease out any unsold units.
•Developer will need to pay extension charges for extension of TOP or for extra time to sell the remaining unsold units.

dun need to read whatever doc la...almost all property developers listed in Singapore Exchange are under QC. This is because there is hardly any reasonably sized developers with all Singaporean directors on their board unless they de-listed from STI and become pte ltd. Even pte ltd they will CHECK your directors originally from which country la..if suay suay one is not local born..THEY FINE YOU MORE THAN QC LA !!!!.They got everything covered since like 20 years ago when uncle was a handsome young man la.....PEK CHEK !!!! But to de-list is not easy la....u have to find someone to buy up the company la......DUN !!!

Yes, all listed ones are under QC.
More keen to look into those private developers (not listed companies) who are not subjected to QC....
What about projects by Far East (eg. Watertown, Centro)? and Trilinq by Clementi Development? Any idea if they are under QC as well?
