M + S unveils new anchor tenants for Marina One

Marina One, an integrated development by M + S Pte Ltd, has secured new anchor retail and food & beverage (F&B) brands including Virgin Active, Cold Storage, and Cookhouse by Koufu. According to the developer some of the other tenants they have managed to secure include Teppei Syokudo – a renowned and popular Japanese restaurant, Jewel – a ‘third-wave’ specialist coffee house and 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken – popular Korean style fried chicken outlet.
A retail podium called “The Heart” covers a total of 140,000 sq ft of net lettable space providing shopping and lifestyle amenities to office tenants, visitors and residents. “The Heart” consists of multiple stepped gardens, winding walkways, waterfalls and 200,000 sq ft of greenery filled with fine art sculptures and exhibits by selected Malaysian and local artists.
The development is expected to obtain its temporary occupation permit in 2017
