Highest HDB Resale Price record of S$1,08,888,880 was transacted on Oct 2014 for a HDB Masionette located at Block 194, Bishan Street 13.
Coincidentally, the previous highest HDB resale price of $1.05 million transacted on Dec 2013 was also located at Bishan St13, i.e. Blk 190.

Is this due to very good Fengshui ? There could be many other good locations in CCR too.

Good Fengshui for the seller to manage to sell high high for far flung location : )

that bishan unit buyer must have the buying power to pay higher downpayment and less on mortgage.

Apart from Fengshui and walking distance to Bishan MRT, the level of the unit also plays a part.
