But bear in mind that u may not get the best bargain deal over there..It is useful for a rough indication.
Calrose condo is by far one of the most awesome projects. Take a walk around the condo and you will fall in love with the landscaping n water features...

Thought previously meadows @ pierce had an "MRT station" somewhere on their location until they were "told" to remove it as it was not even announced. Thus there could be an mrt at thomson road

Thomson line very likely to run along upper thomson road to sembawang - from Calrose just to walk to Upper Thomson road will take 10min, and depending on where the mrt is located, another 5-10 min at least IMO
Anyway think those who bot calrose did not do so for the mrt either way. Anyway it maybe another 8-10 years for the Thomson line to materialise.....

PM shown the slide of the potential line. It is running down from Sembawang MRT but it extends further up.. Perhaps their will be a station after it.
It is logical for the MRT line to be under a 2x3 land road. Very logical. The station is anyone's guess unless it is announced.

Yes hence Upper Thomson / Sembawang Road - the only other 2x3 road is lentor stretch which is being used by N-S line already.

Alignment should be accurate. Station is too soon to tell but definately short walking distance.

For the north side, this station (Lentor) is closest to NSL's YCK (i think around 800m distance between them)
But prices may not appreciate thanks to the delayed opening and all the construction and inconveniences.
FH + MRT + initial launch price was around 500psf.....:scared-3: :not-worthy:

They are going past 1100psf now so i would say it is already priced in...
Same for Thomson Grove! But in the meantime nothing but inconvenience for 9 years :beats-me-man:
