Condominium Repainting- Recommendations / Dos and Dont's

Our condominium is due to be repainted.

Anyone engaged New Toyo Contractors before for repairs and repainting?

Any feedback on the quality of service and staff/workers?

Their quote is not the cheapest but seems council members are in favour.

What are the projects they have done?

Some Mr Aung gave the quote... 'free' painting of car park ramps, internal painting of households affected by external leakage and vanishing of doors thrown in. Can go search the net but reliable or not?

Family business it seems from generation to generation... I think what is important is the workers doing the job.

Sometimes, see worker resting can ask them to help internal painting give them a can of beer or coca cola or briyani rice goes a long way.
