Any advice ? I am looking into refinancing but unsure which to consider.

Besides my answer in the other thread, another is you may get a free 1x conversion from the same bank upon top. Check this out. Else can switch if it's not a hassle with tdsr for you.

hi newbie11

You mean 1.48 is high? Got cheaper one for fixed rates for 2-3 years?

Good news for people taking loan, think the bank spread has come down a little... starting to see spread of 0.8 again : )

Fixed is the way now!

Your fixed package will definitely be lower than SIBOR by end of 2015.

I've already refinanced more than 60 cases since September this year, including helping SMEs owners and their additional residential units.
Proven to be a fast and smooth journey from submission of documents to approval of LO.

What is the rate for fixed package now?

Depending on the package as it differs individually because of their needs and their likings.
I've on hand a few package that's very competitive to floating rates and allowed a further deviation due to the high volume of loans brought in to the bank.

Any fixed rate around 1.1% for 3 or more years?

Yes. But there's term and conditions.
If you're saying just as a individual walk in,I'm afraid to say no.

Beware of floating rates!
SOR is at 0.3% now!

SOR is going up because US$:S$ is going up. I already warned on that.
How about SIBOR?

SIBOR is still at 0.41% now.

will expect it to rise too but not exceeding 0.5% this year.
