When does the MOP period start?

I saw quite a few EC units put up for rent although just MOP.

I saw quite a few EC units put up for rent although just MOP.

There are some EC with dual key units. Partial rent out is allow, as long as owner still stays there.

MOP starts when an EC TOP.
