Hi All, I've been a lurker on this site for some time but only because most of my questions have been answered by trawling through past histories.
This time though I have a more "contemporary question" which I would like to hear some advice on.
I've recently sold off my hdb flat, resulting in proceeds - cash on hand ard 100k and combined (with spouse) CPF ard 160k. My new condo TOPs in 2 years from now.
Currently making mthly payments for "the 1st 10%" via *BS bank loan on SIBOR 3mth.
Question: When and how much of the proceeds should I refinance and should I be taking up a fixed rate?
