Condo to consider within gd sch- need advise

Hi all,

Can I seek your advise which are the condo that is worth considering in district 10 if I am thinking of getting a place in the gd school nearby for my kids. Pls advise me the projects new or old welcome. Don't go into debate of whether I am kiasu etc.

Look for those with affiliation, save you the trouble of making sure you child must do well every year from P1 till PSLE. Thus avoid Henry Park, Nanyang Pri (for boys). I include D9 & 11 as well...

Boys:-
ACPS, ACJS, SJI,

Girls:-
SCGS, MGS, St Margs, RGPS

Now that you have filter the schools, you can start zooming in to those condos with 1km of such schools. Use onemap to help you identify with the school query function.

what is your decision process?
A) choose school first then condo?
B) choose condo first then school?

if A) then any condo within 1km of school is good condo.
if B) then any school within 1km of condo is good school.

It's obvious your kid is a girl rite .
"Nanyang girls" is not a primary school. I think you might be thinking abt NYPS.

RGPS: shelford side a lot of condos, old but large size. But a bit inconvenient getting in and out.
NYPS: duchess side a few condos from old to new. They are 1km to both NYPS and RGPS. All of these have decent size no shoebox. Will cost more than shelford side.
SCGS: it has the most condos within 1km. I would say the old condos near Trevose side is good , price not too high and good size.
