Yeah he started in 2010. Biggest deal then was his Hutch Ports Trust IPO in Singapore. Started to cash up. If you believe in his ability to predict markets and time his deals, then something is up (or rather down!) in the next couple of years ...

I've been buying utilities as well. They give good dividends. Better than fixed deposit.

Same here. Full vested in utilities since 2010.

Much better yield than our FD deposit rates.
