most proper CCR condos (i.e. not boutique) launched before 2008 (even some into 2010, e.g. Rivergate, Martin Place, Trilight, VIVA) have 2bds bigger than 1000sf.
I am familiar with Newton and Novena area 2 bedders cos was shopping for one a few years ago, so from what I know: Newton Suites, Novena Suites, Park Infinia, Lincoln Modern, The Linc, etc
Thanks for the responses..What about any ocr projects? Sibce they are further away..Most likely bigger also?

there are some development around bendemeer area that have big 2bedders too. PM for details.
VIVA 1000 sqft is like the old 800 sqft only! :doh:
Same for Lincoln Suites!
Park Infinia has big balconies,
Lincoln Modern is loft unit (you pay for un-usable air space)
