Location very prime, yet not much business...
Characteristic of strata-titled shops? Lousy tenant-mix and lack of A&P always an issue.

What's the catalyst for BUGIS cube? And the land plot is so
small.

Given more time however, I think things should improve slightly for Cube.

Yes, true to some extent.

But... strata unit owners are still making money. :) think about it...

Very few options for strata-titled shops units.
Most suffer from this including Bugis Cube - Lucky Plaza, Katong SC, Holland Village SC.

At least HV SC and Lucky Plaza gets the odd publicity with some newspaper write-ups. The rest are forgotten.

Guthrie has sold off everything about 2 years ago. Was there any other developer?

Most experts will never recommend buying strata-titled shops.

But most investors buy n make tons of money. :)

I recalled they bought from CapitaLand.

What price do you think owners will be compensated if the Government buys back Adelphi? hmmm :)
