Lots of crevices to clean given the ornaments.............:ashamed1:
headache to live in this house everyday.
a home sld be cosy.
Kitchen n toilet looks ang moh style the rest of design looks like our Malay friend house next door.
Too cramp, and the "fire place" reminds me of something else.
Still a hdb. Owner happy can liao lah.
as long the owner song. they can reno the how the way the like it.
if the prospective owner not song, then very hard to recoup the cost liao.

Can see that this couple is overly zealous about their first home, have known many couples who splurge on their first home.

:ashamed1: When the man cannot control his woman....this is the result.
Woman thinks with their heart .......
Cleaning all the dust is a chore, hopefully this woman likes to clean.

When the family size grows, when they have some money in the bank, most have a tendency and itch to upgrade. Then they have to find a like minded buyer who will pay premium for this. But honestly, even if the buyer like the design, they will say don't like and press down the price. Whatever personal decisions on renovation, one must expect to write it off fully over the length of the stay.
Pardon the font size, the phone seems to have defaulted to this font size for some reason...
i hope they bought genuine art pieces for their "museum". if one of those is real, i doubt their reno budget would be so little.
