SINGAPORE: The government has released three land parcels for private housing.
Two adjacent sites at Yishun Street 51 have been launched for sale under the confirmed list.
The two executive condominium sites can yield about 1,010 residential units.
The two land parcels have a site area of about 18,000 square metres each.
The site at Margaret Drive, with a site area of about 4,800 square metres, will be made available on the Reserve List and it can yield about 275 private homes.
In a joint news release, the Housing and Development Board and the Urban Redevelopment Authority said those three sites are released for sale under the first half government land sales programme.
The closing tender date for the two executive condominium sites at Yishun Street 51 is May 22.
This is the second time that two adjacent executive condominium sites have been launched for sale with the same tender closing date.
The first time was on December 16, 2013, when HDB launched two adjacent EC sites in Choa Chu Kang Grove for sale on the same day.
