Property group Ho Bee Land's subsidiary, HB Le Grand Pte Ltd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Nomura Properties Plc to buy a prime Grade A office investment for 171 million pounds.
A 5 per cent cash deposit has been paid and the balance will be payable in cash on completion which is scheduled on March 28, 2014.
Originally constructed in the late 19th Century, 1 St Martin's Le Grand, now comprises 276,792 square feet of Grade A office arranged over basement, ground and nine upper floors.
Its tenants comprise Mitsui & Co Europe, Pyramis Global Advisors, Julius Baer International, SS&C Technologies and Nomura International Plc.
