KOH Brothers Group said on Thursday that it has been awarded a contract worth about S$98.0 million from the Housing Development Board (HDB) for building and contingency works at Vine Grove @ Yishun.
Works under the contract include the construction, completion and maintenance of five 13-storey blocks and one seven-storey block, comprising 696 residential units.
The project is expected to commence in March 2014 for a duration of 31 months.
