JTC Corporation said on Tuesday that it has awarded the tender for three industrial sites at Tuas South Street 10.
Plot 20, a 3,036.2 sqm site, has been awarded to The Hi-Fi Company Pte Ltd for S$3.10 million.
Plot 22, a 3,036.0 sqm site, has been awarded to Brown Metal Engineering Pte Ltd for S$3.24 million.
The 4,551.2 sqm plot 24 has been awarded to E C Builders Pte Ltd for S$4.60 million.
