Wow, what a surprise. EL Development (smaller developer) has overtaken Far East Development (large developer) in terms of total new unit sold in 2013. Perhaps it is due to the government control measures and La Fiesta sales? La Fiesta mgt made the decision to open unit for sales earlier and just a few hours before one of the control measures take effect, right? Smart move.
