Saw this ad in today's straits times :
10% rental guaranteed return for 2 years by developer with T&C apply (not mentioned).

Is it really so good?
Does anyone knows what are the T&C?

Heard many people just using address to enrol their kids into P1 without ever living there! Some don't even buy, they rent a studio and use the address!
It is time that MOE checks on these parents who use MM units within 1km to enrol their kids for P1! :doh:
